Pharrell Williams recently listed his Miami Penthouse for sale priced at $10.9million.
The 42-year-old singer and songwriter is selling his extravagant penthouse which spans more than 9,000 square feet, after buying it for $12.5million in 2007.
The two-story property has five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms and a three-story living room featuring an elegant staircase as well as Family Guy art and Pharrell’s interview by Michael Jackson adorning the walls.
Located right on the waterfront, the building also boasts 360-degree views over the Miami skyline and the Atlantic Ocean.
