Some Police officers under the Taskforce unit in Niger State were seen using a pair of scissors to cut off some young men’s hair in the Kontagora area yesterday, August 5, 2019.
Reports from Rariva, a Hausa media firm, revealed that the abused young men were said to have had unacceptable hair cuts, even though, they appeared to have been engaged in legitimate businesses.
The motive behind the clampdown however, remains unknown as the security forces carried out the act at different locations.
