An All-Star team of PDP leaders including Senator Bukola Saraki, Yakubu Dogara and Aminu Tambuwal, stormed the office of the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) over the Osun state elections.
The Osun elections were conducted on the 27th of September and Gboyega Oyetola of the APC emerged as the winner at the expense of Ademola Adeleke who represented PDP.
The elections were inconclusive as there were a number of cancelled votes which exceeded the number of votes Adeleke had above Oyetola.
Saraki and co visited the INEC offices stating that Adeleke was the rightful winner and they demanded that the results for the re-run elections be cancelled
