Following his annual concert, Phynofest held last month in Enugu, Twitter users have called out phyno on some unconfirmed allegations of rape during the concert.
According to some tweets, over 20 girls were allegedly raped at his sold out concert held on the 17th of November 2017 in Enugu.
This isn’t an isolated event as Dbanj during one of his performance had to stop to address fans over the sexual assault on a lady.
Phyno has responded to the allegations taking to his Twitter account to state that there was adequate security at the venue and any perpetrators were arrested.
He said “We had over 150 bouncers in the stadium .. Over 300 police men , + civil defense, military personnels and the commissioner of police there.”
“Some hoodlums that tried to Harass girls and other people off their belongings were arrested and some are still in custody till now.”
“The event wouldn’t hold if we can’t guarantee d safety of the fans that came tru. And this is coming up a month after d event.. How come?”

Twitter users are not pleased with how addressed this issue
One twitter user even accused him of his lyrics supporting rape saying; “Phynos lyrics also allude to gang rape so i’m not surprised at his useless reply to the sexual assault during his show”
