Playboy Mansion Goes On Sale For $200 Million with Hugh Hefner as Tenant Till He Dies

For decades, the Playboy Mansion has been the symbol of sexual emancipation and decadence.

The Playmates are known for their alluring style and enduring beauty. It was recently reported that the Playboy mansion will be put on the market for $200 million within the next month.

The catch that comes with the mansion is that the buyer will get to host Hugh Hefner as tenant till he dies.

Potential buyers will be allowed to tour the 29-room house as long as they stay out of Hefner’s bedroom.

TMZ reports that the property, apparently worth more for its six acres than the house itself, will likely sell for closer to $80 to $90 million

The mansion has 22 rooms including a wine cellar (with a Prohibition-era secret door), a screening room with built-in pipe organ, a game room, three zoo/aviary buildings (and related pet cemetery), a tennis/basketball court, a waterfall and a swimming pool area (including a patio and barbecue area, a grotto, a basement gym with sauna below the bathhouse).
