The Head of the Police Public Complaints Rapid Response Unit (PCRRU), ACP Abayomi Shogunle, has pleaded with Nigerian ladies to refrain from dating internet fraudsters popularly known as Yahoo boys.
He made this known in a tweet via his verified Twitter handle on Monday morning in reaction to the death of Khadijat Oluboyo, the daughter of immediate-past Deputy Governor of Ondo State, Alhaji Lasisi Oluboyo.
According to reports, the decomposing body of Khadijat was found under the bed of her suspected “Yahoo boy” boyfriend, Adeyemi Alao aka QS.
The senior policeman warned ladies to avoid dating Yahoo boys to avoid falling victim.
