A Police officer attached to Dangote factory has reportedly committed suicide inside a police cell
The officer identified as Eze was remanded in custody after he allegedly shot a man.
He was taken to the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department in Yaba for interrogation and investigation.
However, a fresh report from Tribune claims he committed suicide in the early hours of Wednesday morning, around 2am.

According to a source who spoke to Tribune,
“He was brought to the state CID for investigation and prosecution.
“But he hanged himself in the cell around 2:00 a.m. today.
He was attached to the Dangote factory and shot a man dead,”
However, the report is yet to be confirmed by the Police as all efforts to reach Bala Elkana, spokesman of Lagos state Police Command proved abortive. Elkana is yet to return calls or respond to messages sent.
