A Zimbabwean cleric, Prophet Patrick Mugadza, who last year predicted doom for the Zimbabwean president, Robert Mugabe has been arrested and remanded in police custody.
Recall that the leader of Kariba Church in Zimbabwe had predicted that the Zimbabwean president will die on October 17, 2017 in a series of prophecies he released weeks ago.
The prophet was last month arrested for creating nuisace and on count of criminal offence for predicting doom for the nation’s president.
He however appeared before the High Court judge Priscillah Chigumba yesterday where his lawyer and prosecutor agreed to have the case adjourned till 8th of March for further hearing.
Following the adjournment of his case, Prophet Patrick Mugadza while speaking to journalists said: “Like I said earlier on that I’m not happy for someone to die, but this is something that is going to happen.
“People may ask me what if he does not die, I do not know how much he believe in prayer but he has to do something about this prophecy.”
