US Rapper King Von Dies At 26 After Being Gunned Down

Rapper King Von has been killed at age 26 after being gunned down in an Atlanta shooting, according to his close associates.

The American rapper has a loyal follower base of 2.3million fans on his Instagram account.

According to reports, the shooting broke out in a car park.

 

It was gathered that Off-duty police officers swooped to the scene to rescue the situation. The two police officers who helped out were not injured in the shooting.

Popular Disk jokey, DJ Akademiks said King Von’s manager was also involved in the shooting but survived the shot and he is said to be stable in hospital.

The rapper’s friends DJ Akademiks and DJ On Da Beat So Issa Banga took to social media to break the heartbreaking news.

 

DJ Akademiks tweeted: “It’s with great sadness that I have to confirm that King Von has passed away”

 

“I spoke with his manager who luckily has survived being shot and is currently recovering in the hospital.

“However, Von manager did confirm that Von was shot and did not make it. RIP King Von.”

DJ On Da Beat So Issa Banga wrote on Instagram : “My heart can’t take this. No bro. Why you. Why bro. Please just FaceTime me bro.

 

“Why they had to take you. Ima see you again this shit ain’t over. It’s far from over.

“We still just getting started. RIP my Bestfriend. The only nigga to listen to me word for word from day 1.

“We sat on FaceTime for hours making songs together. Every bar had a meaning snd every song was a part of our soul.

“Every moment meant something and to grow wit you made me feel like I was a real producer. I love you bro  @kingvonfrmdao.”

Police confirmed the gunfire breaking out in the car park between two groups.

“That physical altercation escalated into an exchange of gunfire with those groups,” said Atlanta police Deputy Chief Timothy Peek of the incident.

“Two police officers who were working at that particular club, or lounge, noticed the altercation and engaged some of the people involved.

“There was an exchange of gunfire with police as well.”

King Von who is one of Hiphop’s rising prospects had just released his his debut album Welcome to O’Block.
