Germany coach was recently caught on camera putting his hands in his pants and sniffing them.
Low claimed he was full of adrenaline, and as such, was not self-conscious.
Low said: “When you’re full of adrenalin, things happen that you don’t perceive.
“I have also seen the images and I will try to conduct myself in a different way. I’m sorry for it.”
Meanwhile, German star, Lukas Podolski has also backed his manager.
Lukas Podolski said: “It’s nothing special. I think 80% of you scratch your nuts sometimes!”
