The ‘Coolest’ United States President ever, Barrack Obama and his wife, Michelle have leased a whooping 8,200 square-foot property in one of the Washington DC’s most beautiful and elegant neighborhood.
The leased home is expected to be the President and First lady’s retirement home at the end of his tenure in office.
The house which is valued at around 4.3 million will be the President and the First Lady’s first post-White house dwelling since he assumed office as the President of the United States.
The house was reportedly built in 1928 and has a total of nine bedrooms, eight and a half baths, his and her bedrooms with separate dressing room, entertaining space and a serene garden.
