American RnB star, R Kelly is back in police custody, a few months he was granted bail for the sexual allegations being levied against him.
Early this year, the 52-year-old musician was charged with four counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault among other offenses which could get him up to 30 years imprisonment.
Although he had appeared in court some weeks back and pleaded not guilty to 11 charges, police officers have now rearrested in Chicago on sex crime grounds.
Reports also revealed that R Kelly will be subsequently taken to New York where he will be arraigned for the charges.
According to a report by the New York news channel, WNBC-TV, a Police Spokesperson stated that the singer’s charges, which are 13 in total, include child pornography and obstruction of justice.
