Respected Islamic cleric, Dr. Ahmad Abubakar Mahmu Gumi, who has been a target of Boko Haram death squads in the past has called for sanctions on vigilante’s committing genocide in Borno.
Gumi posted four photos on his Facebook Timeline which show vigilantes lining up and summarily executing individuals accused of being Boko Haram.
