Shell Gets New VP as Babs Omotowa Steps In

At the Hague, a new Shell VP emerged as the outgoing Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of NLNG, Babs Omotowa was appointed into the role.

Omotowa was appointed by Shell International into the Global Upstream Leadership Team as Vice President (S&E).

Omotowa’s position as MD and CEO of NLNG will be taken over by Tony Attah, who will be engaged in an on-boarding programme until September 1 when Omotowa officially leaves NLNG and Attah takes over.

Omotowa announced his appointment on his twitter page, getting congratulations from many of his followers.

Omotowa will resume his new job on the 1st of September.
