The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Board of Trustees on Thursday gave Ali Modu-Sheriff, the immediate past National chairman of the party and Makarfi, the chairman of the newly elected caretaker committee a show down as they were both sent out of the convened meeting.
The meeting which held at the Transcorp Hilton, Abuja witnessed Sheriff’s arrival at about 11:10 am with Makarfi on his tail some minutes later.
Upon arrival, the board chairman, Senator Jibril Wali announced an important decision needed to be taken before the meeting started proper, at this point, reporters were asked to leave the meeting premises for privacy.
Minutes later, both Sheriff and Makarfi made their way out of the meeting venue as the meeting continued.
