But taking to his verified Twitter handle on Wednesday, Murray-Bruce, a popular socio-political commentator, said that the present security and other challenges bedeviling the nation would persist until the country is restructured.

The senator, who said he was touched by Shettima’s tears, noted that restructuring had become compulsory in light of the present challenges.

Murray-Bruce stressed that every Nigerian would continue to cry like Shettima until the country is restructured.

He said, “I was touched by Shettima’s tears. I think it is obvious by now that restructuring is no longer an option before Nigeria. It is now a necessity. And the more we deny it, the more we will all cry. From President to Governor, to Local Government Chairman, down to the lowest level.”
