Shocking! Husband kills 1-year-old Daughter during fight with Wife

A man has been taken into police custody for killing his 1-year-old daughter by smashing her head to the ground.

Ayobami Isiaka, has been arrested by officers of the Lagos State Police Command for supposedly killing his 1-year-old daughter, Nana, during a lovers quarrel with his wife.

According to Punch News, Bala Elkana, who is the State Police Public Relations officer, said a disagreement had occurred between Ayobami and his wife. As the argument got heated, Abayomi forcefully slammed the 1-year-old head into the hard ground.

Due to the impact, the 1-year-old died on the spot. Ayobami’s brother then took it upon himself to report the case to the police.

Elkana said,“On Saturday, October 26, 2019, around 6.50pm, one Alhaji Garuba Isiaka reported at the police station that on the same date, around 6pm while at Berger, he received a phone call from his younger brother, Alhaji Mohammad Isiaka, that Ayobami Isiaka forcefully seized his one-year-old daughter, Nana, from the mother and hit her on the ground.

“The baby’s head was shattered and she died on the spot. The suspect was almost lynched by a mob if not for the timely intervention of the police. He will be charged with murder.”
