The biological father of the two brothers who bombed themselves alongside some other innocent individuals on Easter Sunday has been arrested on the grounds that he helped the terrorists plan the attack.

According to Jayanath Colombage, a former Navy officer who now works as a counter-terrorism expert at a Sri Lankan institute, Pathfinder Foundation, the father was nabbed in his isolated residence.

He is said to be a wealthy trader who sells spice and has made a fortune from it, so much that he lives in the exclusive neighborhood of Colombo.
