A 73-year-old man has been banned from all beaches in Volusia Counrt after he was caught handing out business cards to ladies to recruit potential sugarbabies.

The Daytona Beach man on his business card wrote “Sugardaddy seeking his sugarbaby,” as description.

The banned sugardaddy identified as Richard G. Basaraba was however accosted by authorities a month after a 16-year-old girl’s mother complained to officers on the beach that her daughter received the card.

The Daytona beach sugardaddy’s card showed a young woman in shorts and high heels sitting on the laps of a man dressed in business suit.

Police authorities revealed that Basaraba gave the cards to the girl whose mother complained to authorities and some of her friends who are 18.

The girl told officers that Basaraba continued to talk to her even after she admitted she was underage.

He was reported to have pulled out a bra padding from a bathing suit and said he was looking for someone to fill it.

Basaraba then proceeded to tell the girl that she would make a perfect sugarbaby asking her to contact him when she turned 18.

Authorities however banned him from the beaches for six months on grounds of violating an ordinance prohibiting solicitation on the beach.
