The suspended National Chairman of All Progressives Congress (APC), Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, says he accepts the Court of Appeal judgement that affirmed his suspension.
He spoke Wednesday on a Channels Television programme, “Politics Today”.
However, he said he would be consulting his lawyers to determine his next line of action.
Referring to his court-ordered victory as Edo State Governor in 2008, Oshiomhole described himself as a product of the judiciary who must obey court orders.
The embattled APC boss said, “In our democracy, the court is an independent arm of government. When they hand out government, it is not for you to pick and choose whether to obey or not.
“I accept their judgment in good faith. I am a product of the Judiciary.
“My lawyers will now look at the judgement and advise what is the next line action.”

Asked if he would be proceeding to the Supreme Court to get the Appeal Court judgement upturned, Oshiomhole stated, “What I do next will be based on the legal advice I get.”
Since his ouster, the APC has been enmeshed in crisis over his interim successor.
While the National Working Committee (NWC) has appointed and ratified Deputy National Chairman (South), Senator Abiola Ajimobi as acting Chairman, former Deputy National Secretary, Victor Giadom is equally laying claim to the position.
Meanwhile, the party’s National Vice-Chairman (South-South), Prince Hilliard Eta, is presently acting on behalf of Ajimobi, who is said to be ill.
Oga Oshiomole—- I think your next line of action should be: retiring to your village; waiting for the subsequent retirement of your crony: Tinubu in 2023,so that two of will enjoy your retirement benefits together.
