Tanzania police has arrested a controversial pastor after a video leaked showing him dancing with bottles of beer and saying the bible allows people to drink and fornicate.
The Police commander for Dodoma, Giles Muroto, says medical check-up shows that the 44-year old Onesmo Machibya popularly known as Prophet Tito, is mentally derailed.
Nabii Titto a Tanzanian prophet who injured himself during a police interrogation has been rushed to the hospital. He allegedly used a razor blade to cut his tummy open after police had entered his premises and ransacked it in search of evidence.
Nabii has been rushed to the hospital and received 12 stitches on the stomach. He was arrested when he posted immoral pictures of him holding alcohol and also engaging in lewd three-way kissing acts with his wife and house girl.
Simon Sirro Tanzania’s IGP reported Titto had been arrested following public complaints and will be dealt with accordingly.
Titto is also rumoured to be mentally ill and is currently in a Tanzanian prison waiting to be charged.
