Taylor Swift Says Marriage Won’t End Her Music Career

Global pop star Taylor Swift has reassured fans that she has no plans to quit music after getting married.
The “Life of a Showgirl” crooner addressed the speculation in an interview with BBC Radio 2, following her recent engagement to American football star Travis Kelce.
Swift dismissed rumors that marriage would make her step away from her career, stressing that her partner fully supports her artistry and passion for music.
“It’s not why people get married, so they can quit their job,” Swift said. “I love the person I am with because he loves what I do and he loves how much I am fulfilled by making art and making music.”
The singer, who announced her engagement to Kelce in August 2025 after they began dating in the summer of 2023, emphasized that she remains committed to creating music for her fans.
