In a new turn of events, the two brothers said to have been allegedly ‘kidnapped’ have been found and reunited with their family.
It will be recalled that the family had reported their supposed kidnap at the Igbogbo police station but had the shock of their lives when they were told to pay N4,500 before they could commence investigation into their kidnapping.
However, it was gathered that they were not kidnapped as earlier speculated and reported. The boys actually ran away.
They had impregnated a 13 year old girl, at least one of them did and their action had made their family and the girls’ family to engage in war of words. They all attend the same church.
Just as the police had posited, the boys’ family are trying to cover up the misdeeds of their boys.
According to them, the boys were found close to Redeemed Camp at Mowe, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, and were under medication due to their terrible experience at the hands of their abductors.
