Nigerian singer, Temilade Openiyi, better known as Tems says she is still finding her balance but will soon come out with more details about her journey as an artiste since quitting her office job three years ago.
The “Why Me” singer stated this in a tweet.
In December 2020, Tems and compatriot Omah Lay made headlines across Africa following their arrest and eventual release by Ugandan authorities for violating COVID-19 guidelines.
However, she is currently trending globally after Justin Bieber hopped on the remix of “Essence”, her hit with Grammy winner, Wizkid.

In her Thursday tweet, Tems promised to discuss both experiences and more at a later date.
She wrote, “Sometimes you just have to recognise that balance is needed. There will be a time when I’ll talk about everything that has happened, is happening.
“What prison felt like, everything from the moment I quit my office job 3 years ago. But for now, I’m just finding that balance.”
