Some thugs who wore cloned military uniforms have reportedly hijacked some election materials in Aboh Mbaise Local Government Area in Imo state. According to The Nation, INEC had kept the materials at the Central School Mbutu in a bid to transport them to the Mbutu, Umuhu, Ahiato, and Enviogugu polling stations. However, the armed thugs were said to have intercepted and taken them away.
This has happened even after President Muhammadu Buhari sternly warned that Ballot box snatchers will pay with their lives.
