American rapper, Rick Ross born William Leonard Roberts II, has opened up on the break up between hi label artiste, Meek Mill and Nicki Minaj.
The couple who were together and plagued with several drama for some months finally called off the relationship on grounds that Meek Mill was cheating on the female rapper.
Following their split, fans accused Meek Mill of robbing Nicki Minaj as her home was burgled leading to the loss of properties estimated at $200,000.
In reaction to the split, Rick Ross who doubles as Meek Mill’s boss revealed that he advised the rapper against trusting Nicki Minaj especially as she was a party and friend to Drake whom Meek Mill had earlier dissed.
Rick Ross further revealed that his label mate, Meek Mill should not have dissed Canadian rapper, Drake.
Rick Ross in his new song titled “Apple of My Eye” dropped a reference line which says: “I told Meek I wouldn’t trust Nicki/Instead of beefing with your dog you just give him some distance.”
