The talented actress took to her Instagram page to share a motivating video of herself sweating it out at the gym, revealing that she gifted herself a gym membership as part of her birthday present.
In her candid caption, Tonto Dikeh addressed her health concerns, bravely acknowledging that she has a “bad heart,” which served as one of the driving forces behind her decision to prioritize her well-being through regular exercise. She expressed her determination to live a long and healthy life for the sake of her son, highlighting the significant impact physical fitness can have on overall health.
“As part of my birthday gift to myself, I have decided to LIVE A LONG LIFE by gifting myself a membership to a gym. I am a 38-year-old woman with a bad heart. This is not fun, nor do I like it here, but it’s my 3rd day, and I can only say I breathe better, my pulse is open, my blood is pumping, and I am overall in pain. But I have a GOAL. I have a dream ‘TO LIVE A LONG AND HEALTHY LIFE FOR MY SON… I AM AND WILL ALWAYS BE A SURGERY GIRL (LIPO AND ALL),’ but I also realize that all the millions I put into sculpting my body will be in vain without exercise, waist trainers, Faha, etc.“
