American rapper, Travis Scott has deactivated his Instagram account after being mocked over his Halloween Batman costume.
Travis Scott pulled out all the stops in a custom chocolate-brown Batman suit, posing next to his two vehicles of matching color in several Instagram posts and Instagram story videos.
However, his posts were quickly met with backlash and jokes on social media. While the costume was undoubtedly elaborate and well-executed, the brown hue of the costume caught ire and confusion on social media. Some compared Scott’s costume to a cockroach, while others just remarked about the staging of the photo itself.
Following the backlash, Travis Scott deactivated his Instagram account.
