US President Donald Trump’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame has been defaced in support of black lives matter movement.
People, assumed to be Black Lives Matter protesters, used black spray paint to completely cover the star and black it out. Someone also placed a plastic bag full of dog feces on top of the defaced star.
Before the star was spray-painted, people began using sharp objects to write insults to Trump.
On Sunday, thousands of people marched down Hollywood Boulevard to call for an end to police brutality.
Across the nation, protesters have taken to the street to demand criminal justice reform and decry systematic racism after the deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and Ahmaud Arbery.
