President Donald Trump has been dragged on Twitter after claiming that he would have confronted the Florida school shooter– without a gun!
Trump, speaking with state governors at the White House as they try to come to a consensus regarding gun violence claimed that he would have had no qualms putting his life on the line and gone after the armed shooter with his bare hands.
He said; “I really believe I’d run in there even if I didn’t have a weapon, and I think most of the people in this room would have done that, too,”
He also added that one never really knows what he is capable of until you find yourself in the situation.
The story of Trump’s bold claim came out and the internet went ballistic. No one believed even for a second that he would honestly put his life on the line for people.
