Uzodinma's Wife: Meet Imo First Lady, Chioma Ikeaka (Photos) -

The younger the berry, the sweeter the juice! This is the case with the new Imo state governor, Hope Uzodinma who is happily married to 30 -year-old Chioma Ikeaka.

Following the swearing-in ceremony of the APC governor on Wednesday,30-year-old Chioma has now become the youngest First Lady in Nigerian history.

The new first Lady is a Lawyer who hails from Ideato Local Government Area of Imo state.

Imo state Gov-Elect married Chioma traditional way in 2016 after his first marriage that lasted 17 years crashed. Augusta, the governor’s first wife stopped the new couple from getting married in the Catholic church. The church acknowledged Augusta’s letter of objection claiming she still loved her husband.

However, the governor who was no longer interesting in the marriage bypassed the church and sealed his union with his young belle traditionally.

Their union is blessed with three children, a boy and a set of twins all under the age of 5. Uzodinma had five children from his first marriage.
