Officers of the power holding company, Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company (IKEDC) got into a fight with one of the residents of an area they visited over nonpayment of electricity bills.
In the video shared online, the resident can be seen exchanging fists with the two officers but when he realized he could not overpower them, he rushed inside his apartment to take a machete and began to use it on them.
