A video of a number of armed citizens who took to the street firing at rioters in Durban, South Africa has emerged on social media.
In the video, the citizens could be seen firing at the rioters who were some meters away in a bid to prevent them from evading their neighbourhood.

It was gathered that Pro-Zuma protesters took to the streets after the 79-year-old former president handed himself to authorities on Wednesday to begin a 15-month sentence.
