The senator representing Kogi West senatorial district, Sen. Dino Melaye, has countered INEC’s claims that it does not have a server to which results of the February 23 presidential election were transmitted.
Melaye shared a video which purportedly shows a Smart Card Reader uploading election results to a central server.
Recall that INEC through its counsel, Lateef Fagbemi SAN, told the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal on Thursday that it does not have a server.
This was after Atiku prayed the tribunal to order the commission to grant him access to its server used in collating result of the February 23 presidential poll.
