A video has emerged of the Governor-elect of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke dancing alongside Senator Dino Melaye.
In the undated video, Adeleke who is sometimes referred to by his other name ‘Jackson’ in recognition of his dancing prowess, can be seen displaying his famous skills.
Melaye, who shared the video, expressed happiness for his friend’s victory at the polls and poked fun at the presidential candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.
The INEC Returning Officer for the July 16 Osun State Governorship election, Prof Oluwatoyin Ogundipe today declared Adeleke winner of the election.
He stated that Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) secured 403,371 votes to defeat incumbent Governor, Adegboyega Oyetola of the All Progressives Congress (APC), who got 375,027.
Data released by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) showed that Adeleke won in 17 local government areas (LGAs) while Oyetola was victorious in 13.
