Officers attached to the Special anti-robbery Squad (SARS) got more than they bargained for after storming a community with the intent of arresting a certain young man who they had labeled as a “Yahoo boy”, in the Ikorodu area of Lagos State.
According to reports, efforts to force the man into a rented yellow bus quickly proved fruitless as residents quickly trooped out in their numbers to drive the officers away from their community.
At a point, the residents began shouting “Ole”, and after a repeated outcry, the officers drove out of the area hastily.
