Croatian President, Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović has developed a unique way of motivating her players at the ongoing World Cup.

After Ivan Rakitic’s penalty kick against hosts Russia sent the Croatian team into the semifinals of football’s greatest showpiece on Saturday, the 50-year-old president decided to give every member of the team a hug in their dressing room.
