Celebrity disc jockey and billionaire’s daughter, Florence Otedola aka DJ Cuppy has revealed her predicament dating Nigerian men.
The daughter of billionaire businessman, Femi Otedola, DJ Cuppy said she found out most men were after her father and not her.
She said this on a podcast in the UK when asked about her relationship with Nigerian men.
“Back home I feel like so many guys don’t want me; they want my dad,” she told the host.
DJ Cuppy said it filled her with joy whenever she met men in the UK who identify themselves as Nigerian but cannot say what village they were from because it means they are not really Nigerian.
However, she said the relationship soon goes awry after the guy’s siblings or friends recognise her and point it out to the guy.
She recalled dating a Nigerian man who later asked when she would introduce him to her dad.
“I want someone to like love the sh*t out of me and be happy, and my dad is like a byproduct,” she said.
