Leicester city players were in pure rapture when they realized they’d won the league.
The players gathered in top scorer Jamie Vardy’s house to watch the game between Chelsea and Tottenham. The visitors had raced into a two-goal lead courtesy of Harry Kane and Son Heung Min. The scores at half-time was 0-2 in favour of the visitors.
The players were sad as that meant their title party would have to be delayed. But then all that changed when first Gary Cahill then Eden Hazard scored to bring Chelsea level and end Tottenham’s dreams of beating Leicester to the title.
The video below uploaded on defender Christian Fuchs account, shows them at the moment they realized they’d won the league. All his other team-mates were there including Riyad Mahrez and host Jamie Vardy.
Manager ClaudioRanieri was missing from the celebrations though and he was not in the country at the time.
