Grammy-winning artist Wizkid has finally announced the release of the music video for his hit single ‘Kese (Dance)’ on March 5, 2025. The track, which debuted as the second lead single from his sixth album ‘Morayo,’ achieved immediate success, breaking the record for the highest opening day streams on Spotify Nigeria.
The new music video follows ‘Piece of My Heart’ featuring Brent Faiyaz, which recently won the Best Contemporary Duo or Group award at the 2025 NAACP Awards.
Wizkid is gearing up for a packed 2025, as he prepares to hit the road for his Morayo tour. He has announced tour dates in France, the Netherlands, and Germany. The hitmaker will perform at the 12,000-capacity Velodrome Arena in Berlin, Germany, on May 21, followed by the Ahoy RTM Stage in Rotterdam, Netherlands, on May 23. On May 25, Wizkid will headline the iconic 20,000-capacity Accor Arena.
The Morayo tour is set to follow the release of Wizkid’s sixth album, ‘Morayo,’ which dropped in November 2024. The album features collaborations with Afrobeats star Asake, French hitmaker Tiakola, French-Gabonese singer Anais Cardot, and American R&B stars Jasmine Sullivan and Brent Faiyaz.
During the 2024 Detty December festive season, Wizkid delighted fans with surprise concert appearances, performing tracks from the album.
Fans are eagerly anticipating Wizkid’s return to the stage, especially after his previous tour’s notable achievements, including selling out the O2 Arena for three consecutive nights and headlining the Tottenham Hotspur stadium.
