The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, has congratulated former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Yakubu Dogara on his 55th birthday.
Atiku, in a message he personally signed, stated that the Bauchi-born has had a “spectacular” pathway to becoming a political leader in Nigeria.
The former vice president said that Dogara’s subsequent years were in the service of Nigeria and humanity “hold many promises”.
“I congratulate the former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Yakubu Dogara on his 55th birthday anniversary.

“Your pathway as a political leader has been remarkably spectacular, and even at that, it is clear that the years ahead hold many promises in service to humanity and the country.

Dogara quit the All Progressives Congress (APC) to join up with Atiku’s PDP in the first week of December.
He was immediately appointed into the PDP presidential campaign council.
