She has been very critical of other Hollywood actresses who flaunt their size zero bodies just months after giving birth.
But after 13 months of healthy eating and moderate exercise, Zoe Saldana is proudly showing off her physique and encouraging other moms to follow her lead.
The 36-year-old proudly took to social media to show that she is now able to get in her Guardians Of The Galaxy costume which she wore in 2013.
Since filming, the star has had twin boys, Cy and Bowie, and said because of that she never expected to be able to get back into the skin tight futuristic onesie.
The Avatar star captioned the shot: ‘Holy S—! You guys, I had to share this, this is one of the old #guardiansofthegalaxy costumes that I wore back in 2013. After twins I can’t believe I was able to slip into this.’
Giving other mothers some advice, the star said: ‘It pays off to work hard! I mean it mommies of the world, if I did it you can too.’
