A Tanzanian woman is currently recovering from serious facial injuries her husband inflicted on her, just because she wouldn’t let him have her through her anus.
The victim, who hails from Kijichi Mkoa in the Western Zanzibar area of the country, explained that her husband had been on her neck for anal sex but every time he demanded, she denied as the idea never made any sense to her.
She explained that whenever she mentioned that the practice does not align with the teachings of Islam, their religion, he would lash back at her with claims that she was “naïve” when it came to sex matters.
She said,
“He began demanding anal sex from me three months after our wedding. I told him: ‘no’; straight away! He, however, kept on urging me to give in to his demands. Even when I was seven months pregnant, he still wanted to have anal sex with me. I stood my ground, nonetheless.”
She further explained that some of her neighbors had also told her that two other women had ended things with just because they couldn’t offer him the same thing he was constantly demanding.
However, when he was giving his account about what led to the fight between them, the husband claimed that the woman’s family asked for a lot of money as dowry, and that was the original reason for their quarrel. He then mentioned that his wife’s family were fond of labeling him as being broke.
The truth of the case is yet to be ascertained yet as police are still investigating what actually transpired between the couple.
