A bizzare development occurred in Ondo state as a man identified as Afolabi Bamidele was caught allegedly having sex with a goat in Irun Akoko, Akoko North-West Local Government Area of the State.
It was also learnt that the suspect has been handed over to the police in the town for further investigation.
It was learnt that the suspect took the goat into the bush and started having sex with it when he was caught by somebody who went into the bush to defecate.
According to the source, “He picked the goat from a neighbour’s house and took it into the bush. He pulled off his cloth and started having sex with it.
“After the sex, he brought out a handkerchief to clean up his semen from the goat vagina when he was caught by somebody who called on the neighbours to see what happened.”
He further explained that it was the quick intervention of the policemen that saved the suspect from aggrieved youths who were about to mob him.
However, the Police Public Relations Officer of the Ondo State Police Command, Mr. Femi Joseph, when contacted at the time of this report said that he had not been informed of the incident.
“The DPO (Division Police Officer) of the Ikare Akoko Police Division has not briefed me about the incident, I will let you know when I’m briefed,” he said.
