Rihanna was very close to the attack as she was in the city preparing for a show that was to take place tomorrow.
She has now cancelled the show following the attacks carried out in Nice when a man plowed into several people killing over 80 and severely injuring others.
‘She is safe. She is ok.’ said a rep for Rihanna confirming that she would be unable to perform.
She also confirmed it on her Instagram page saying, ‘Due to the tragic events in #Nice, my concert scheduled for tomorrow July 15 at Allianz Stadium will not be going ahead as planned. Our thoughts are with the victims and their families.’
