Bobby Shmurda has yet again been denied bail which brings him to a total of Seven denied bails since his arrest in December 2014.
On Tuesday 20th January, 2016 a New York City Judge denied Shmurda bail as the court was not satisfied by his actions. The court judge claims to not have seen any substantive change in Shmurda.
It should be recalled that Shmurda was arrested December, 2014 and levelled with Drugs and weapons charges.
The family of the Brooklyn rapper attempted to bail him just last month using their property as collateral security, the bail plea which also ended in a deadlock.
Shmurda’s Lawyer, Alex Spiro believes the $2 million bail set for the rapper is too high as he says the court exaggerate the rapper’s net worth which has been estimated at $20 million. The lawyer further stated that bail should be brought lower within the range of $50 – 100,000 as the rapper’s original worth is close to $427,000.
