Ronaldo angrily pushes pitch invader, scores 128th UCL goal

Five times Ballon d’Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo led his Juventus team to victory away at Bayern Leverkusen in their Champions League encounter. Ronaldo gave his side the lead earlier on in the match before Gonzalo Higuain made it two late on in the game.

At the blast of the final whistle, a fan rushed onto the pitch and put his arms around the Portuguese but he pushed the fan away angrily before stadium officials later arrested the situation.

The goal in the match was Ronaldo’s 128th Champions League goal and his third goal in as many matches taking his tally up to nine this season.

“I feel good – the annoyance I felt has passed and the team is in good shape,” he said after the game.

“Today we played a good second half. We are all growing and even I personally felt better today, more confident, and I hope to continue like this.”
