Yoruba actor, Jigan Babaoja has threatened a lawsuit against singer, Mohbad for mocking his physical disability in a new song.
Mohbad’s new song, Ask Abouf Me which is set to drop on the 14th of April, 2023 off his upcoming EP has caused ruckus online for his mockery of Abimbola Kazeem aka Jigan’s disability.
The lyrics read “mo kan lese kan, otamu rege Jigan”
The actor posting a video of him listening to the song in his car, captioned the media with “I am taking this up against @iammohbad and I am going to charge him 100million ! This will sound a big lesson to others”
The realness of this threat is not proven considering in the video, Jigan is seen nodding his head and the comment section is splattered with comments on how he enjoyed the melodies of the music— however, Jigan went as far as commenting under Mohbad’s media stating that the artist should prepare as he’d be charging him 100million.
