Actor Yomi Fabiyi Reacts To Baba Ijesha’s Bail Release

Yoruba actor, Yomi Fabiyi has reacted after Baba Ijesha was granted bail despite being accused of molesting a minor.

Yomi Fabiyi said: “Abuja loun pe bi. Human Rights is Key. There can NEVER be true JUSTICE if human rights of suspects, complainant violated. Rights which include Fair Hearing and strict adherence to the RULE of LAW. Do more on Human Rights, then Nigeria will develop and be peaceful”

The Herald recalled that the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, said on Friday that the Directorate of Public Prosecution (DPP), Lagos State Ministry of Justice, stalled any possibility of releasing the actor on bail.

According to him, the DPP said it arrived at the decision “because of the criminal charges Baba Ijesha has to answer”.
