The saga continues as Aisha Buhari has come out to dare her husband, President Mohammadu Buhari, to deny the allegations brought up against him.
Aisha on Sunday, said it was not up to her to confirm the rumor that the President is getting married to a second wife.
Aisha , while speaking to BBC Hausa, said she did not want to have anything to do with the ongoing controversy, as she is not the one being accused of getting married, and as such, the responsibility of confirming the news should not be laid on her.
Aisha said, ““He is the one they said is getting married not me so he is the one that should publicly deny it. The person they said he’s getting married to didn’t deny it initially, she waited until the wedding didn’t hold on the said date before she publicly denied it.”

Aisha also spoke about bringing an end to fake news, as the news had taken social media by storm.
